Hyundai Repair: P1529, transmission control module, sonata 2

Question
I have a 2000 Sonata (2.5 liter V6) and when my check engine light came on after my car didn't seem to shift gears anymore, I took it to Auto Zone for a free diagnostic check.  It came up with a code of P1529, which I have looked up to be a SCAIR solenoid circuit malfunction.  I just want to have some idea of what I am going to have to shell out at the dealership for them to replace this sensor.  Any ideas on how much this would cost?

Answer
P1529 means nothing more than the TCM (transmission control module) has requested that the ECM (engine control module) turn on the check engine lamp.  All I can tell you based on this information is that the TCM has seen something abnormal.  To find out what abnormal condition the TCM saw, you'd need to retrieve the DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes) from the TCM.  The most frequent culprit is either the input or output speed sensor, but there's no way to know whether they may be the issue without the TCM DTCs.
