Answer
I'm going to give you the procedure I use as best I can recall.  As always, I recommend you get a free account at www.hmaservice.com (requires internet explorer) and look at the procedure there as well.  Some of their steps aren't necessary if you're replacing the timing belt and not doing other engine work, and my procedure will be a little more detailed.  But, they have many good pictures to give you a decent idea as to what's going on.

1.  Remove the engine cover.
2.  Remove the right engine mount.
3.  Loosen the 4 water pump pulley bolts.
4.  Remove the alternator belt.
5.  Remove the power steering belt.
6.  Remove the water pump pulleys.
7.  Remove the upper timing cover.
8.  Remove the right side engine splash shield.
9.  Remove the a/c belt.
10.  Remove the crankshaft pulley.
11.  Remove the lower timing cover.
12.  Rotate the engine until the timing marks are lined up.
13.  Look at the position of the hex hole in the timing belt tensioner pulley with respect to the bolt.  Typically the hex hole is approximately directly below the bolt.
14.  Loosen the tensioner pulley bolt and remove the timing belt.
15.  Install the new timing belt with all slack on the tensioner pulley side.
16.  Apply pressure to the tensioner pulley to put the hex hole in the same position it was in before and tighten the 14mm pulley bolt.
17.  Rotate the engine 2 revolutions clockwise and recheck the timing marks.  If not aligned, return to step 13 and realign the timing marks.
18.  Install the lower timing belt cover.
19.  Install the upper timing belt cover.
20.  Install the crankshaft pulley.
21.  Install the a/c belt.
22.  Install the water pump pulleys.  Hold the pulley with pliers while tightening the bolts.
23.  Install the power steering belt.
24.  Install the alternator belt.
25.  Install the engine mount.
26.  Install the engine cover.
27.  Install the right engine splash shield.
