Hyundai Repair: elantra 2002 2.0, tone wheel, windshield wipers

Question
greeting,
absolutely no previous problems, car runs fine one night, next moring to goto work wont start.  turns over fine , ac works radio lights all fine. I switched f/pump relay with a/c to see if that was the cause and still same result. i have not done a spark test as of yet.  i am leaning towards the starter relay switch.. the lights do not dim and i can have radio on windshield wipers ac on all at same time while trying to start and just wont ignite the fuel.  there is no gas smell after trying to start the car either.  thanks for the info in advance.

Answer
If it is cranking over but not starting the most common problem would be the Crank position sensor. This could be verified by connecting a scanner to the car and checking for codes. The sensor is on the engine block on the radiator side of the engine. 1 bolt holds it in place. One bit of advice, when you remove the old sensor make sure the "O" ring seal comes out of the engine. If not the new sensor will be too far from the tone wheel in the engine and it still won't run.
Hope this helps,
Good Luck
