Hyundai Repair: HYUNDAI WIPER DELAY MALFUNCTION, haynes manuel, hyundai elantra

HI,I HAVE 2001 HYUNDAI ELANTRA,,THE DELAY WIPER SELECTION DOES NOT FUNCTION AT ALL,THERE IS A POSTION FOR IT,BUT NO REACTION,THE FAST AND SLOW WORK FINE,,THE FUSE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT FUSE PANEL IS OK,,THE HAYNES MANUEL THAT I BOUGHT IS USLESS FOR TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT,SO I GUESS I AM LOOKING FOR SOME TYPE OF TIMER BOX UNDER THE DASH MAYBE,BUT I DON'T WHAT,IT MAY LOOK LIKE OR EXCATLY WHERE IT MAYBE LOCATED,,I'D REALLY LIKE TO GET THIS FIXED,,IT WOULD GREAT,,THIS IS A NICE VEHICLE TO DRIVE,WIFE LOVE IT,,ITS JUST AGGRIVATING THAT I CAN'T FIX IT!,,PLEASE HELP!,,,THANKS IN ADVANCE!  JONATHAN

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the screws holding the instrument facia panel.



After removal of the ash tray, remove the screws holding the instrument facia panel and remove the instrument facia panel.



Remove the air conditioner and disconnect the connectors.



Remove the ETACS CM.

Installation is the reverse of removal.
