Hyundai Repair: fuel pump?, hyundai scoupe, radio work

When I went to start my 95 hyundai scoupe this morning I got nothing. What I did get was a buzzing noise from underneath the dash. My car doesn't even attemp to turn over, but when i turn the key to start the car the noise stops. My lights and radio work so I dont think it is the battery. I located the noise to a group of wires connected to a big harness of other wires underneath the dash. When I pull the fuse for the fuel pump, the noise go's away. It doesn't work with any other fuse. So my question is whats going on? Could I need to change the fuel pump? Have you heard of this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you  Erik Gonzalez

Dear Erik,
If i was you I would check the fuses fist. You might just need a fuse for it. I haven't heard that before. But with these new cars there aint no telling. You might have to change the fuil pump.
