Isuzu Repair: fan switch problem?? 99 rodeo, apparent problems, switch problem

Question
The fan (both a/c and heat) works once every few days, very intermittently.  The blue a/c light comes on only in when the a/c rarely decides to work; no other apparent problems.  When it does decide to work it operates normally, ie good pressure and temperature, no problem switching from 1-2-3-4, or even off, just don't turn the vehicle off or you'll have to wait a few days for it to work again!  Any thoughts are appreciated.

Well Brandon it sounds as if you have a bad ground maybe on the actual compressor cycling clutch switch or the actual clutch itself Brandon. I would start by checking your a/c relays and or fuses as well as the connections for any faults. It sounds as if you may even have a failing a/c relay.
