Isuzu Repair: 1996 Isuzu rodeo - heater/ac blower, bolts and nuts, isuzu rodeo

Question
Hi. I have a problem with the blower motor in my rodeo. I recently changed the alternator and now my heater blower will not work and my brake and battery indicator lights are on and it seemed to be running off the battery ( the alternator gauge would continue to drop until the motor would not turn over). This is when the blower motor would begin to work. after this I check for voltage at the blower connection wire and there was no reading. I went on to replace the heater resistor. after this the indicator lights went out but the the charge gauge was reading below 8, but constant and whenever I stepped on the brakes the rpm's would drop. after this I parked the truck and it would not start, the battery would not turn the engine. I replaced the battery , now the battery and brake indicator lights are back on and the heater blower is not working again. any info will be appreciated. Thank you.

Answer
Well there is a short somewhere or something is not grounded properly Chris. Did you make sure to properly torque down the bolts and nuts to all wires? There might be a problem in the ignition feed circuit Chris or your ac,heater controller is failing. Although what are some of the other symptoms it has?
