Isuzu Repair: 00 Isuzuz hombre wont start, voltage drop test, test light

truck started sputtering one day, mechanic told me only 10 lbs of pressure from fuel pump. So I changed pump, now it wont start at all! I cannot hear pump running when I turn the key to start (used to hear it) and when I put test light on the plug at the tank, I get a light, but it is dim. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Well that means the voltage is not getting to your fuel pump properly Mike. I recommend doing a voltage drop test on your fuel system plus a fuel system check as well and you shoul;d find a fault somewhere okay? I am here for further questions as well.
