Isuzu Repair: 95 Isuzu Blower Problem, voltage drop test, speed blower

Question
Much like a few others here, my heater blower quit working the other day. 2.6L, 5sp, 4x4 w/o AC. Checked the fuses. All okay. Pulled the blower and attached to 12V motorcycle charger. Took about 1/2 second to get up to full speed. Blower baskets seems to rotate freely.

Pulled the resistor block. Found one of the tabs had come unsoldered (this style has five connections -- 3 in the top row and two in the bottom. The top center was the one that was unsoldered). Resoldered and put back. Still nothing. Where should I be checking for power to this circuit? I'm presuming up front under the hood?

Switched heater and lights relays around. Lights continued to work with the heater relay. Still no power to the blower circuit. Everything else appears to be working normally -- i.e. radio works, lighter, wipers, dash lighting, etc.

Answer
My only thought would be th resistor needs to be totally changed out as it could be faulty anyway Chris. I would check the ground wire or the easy thing to do would be to do a voltage drop test across your wiring to see where your losing voltage and that would tell you what your problem is Chris. Although I am here for anymore questions in the future.
