Isuzu Repair: hard to start, izusu, autozone

Question
I have a 91 izusu rodeo 3.1v6 when i crank it over it seems like it wants to start but it does not stay running. If i press the gas pedal to the floor it hesitates then starts to rev up then i take my foot off the gas and it idles fine.
check engine light is on to.

Well Paul my first guess would be a problem with your fuel system/ fuel pump. Although Autozone checks and diagnoses vehicles for free and will tell you what part is bad and needs to be replaced okay>? If you need anymore help though let me know okay?
