Isuzu Repair: 1998 Rodeo 3.2 oil pressure, oil pressure guage, oil pressure gauge

A friend of mine has a 98 Rodeo with a strange problem. When driving his oil pressure guage is fine but when he stops and puts it in park it goes to zero for a few seconds and then goes right back to normal. Just wanting to know where to start? It has 124,000 miles and otherwise runs great.

Well Mark when parked the service manual states that the needle will move some. Although if you are worried I would check the oil pressure gauge and your oil level at regular intervals to make sure you run anywhere from 20-50 LBS. okay? If  you have any other problems please let me know and we will go from here okay?
