Isuzu Repair: Isuzu rodeo tranny light on, isuzu rodeo, inhibitor switch

Question
Hello I have a 96 rodeo and I recently added Tranny fluid to it along with Lucas No-Slip-  It wasslipping in first gear and I was told I may be low on fluid--It seems to have fixed my minor slipping problem as it has been driving great!! But now the tranny light has popped on and there seems to be no problem- I did take it to a dealer but he didnt seem like he knew these vehicles.. Any help/suggestions???Thanks

Answer
Well John The inhibitor switch could be bad/ your wires could be broken/ loose. Or one of your shift solenoids could be going bad. If you could be in dealing with a transmission range(tr) sensor as well.If it bad they say it is in an illegal position. As well a low voltage issue could be the cause.
