Isuzu Repair: Rear Brake Rotors, caliper piston, soft brass

Question
How do you remove the rear rotors.

Answer
Hello Dennis, first remove the tire with an impact wrench(recommended) and then remove the caliper(if equipped with disc brakes). Then beat the disc with a soft brass hammer on the center of the hub to loosen it, then make sure to depress the caliper piston and hold it in place with a new pad to ease installation. I would recommend getting your rotors turned at an auto parts store as well. then installation is the reverse of removal. hope that helped.
