Isuzu Repair: Fan for air not working, jumper wires, jumper wire

We just became owners of a 1996 rodeo. The air and heat work but the fan won't come on. I've checked all the fuses and their ok.When looking at the relays I seen that someone had ran a jumper wire between the relay from the ac to the fan relay.Is there any way to jump out the relay to see if thats the problem.

Hello james. Well you should test the fan blower motor and see if it is in good condition by applying a fused 12 volts to the blower motor itself (You might have to pull the dash if it gets really ugly tho) Simply by clipping some jumper wires to the blower motor wire terminals. If it kicks on, then you have a bad relay. Also check for any burnt wires or  bad connections. If the motor doesn't kick on, then you have a bad blower motor or an open in your circuit somewhere.
