Jaguar Repair: Location of AC Limit Switch Four Season

Need to know the Location of the AC limit Switch on 1986 Jaguar XJ6.

Hi Hezekiah,

I don't know what you are calling a "Limit Switch Four Season". If you are referring to the ambient temp sensor, it is just under the lip of the top dash pad about in the middle. There is another temp sensor mounted on the left side of the right heat/air fan box.

If you are referring to a switch that controls AC vs Heat, the AC runs year round and is never off. They keep the AC operating when heat is on to dehumidify the air in the car and use vacuum door blending to control temp in the car.
