Answer
Hi Richard,

You needed to print out what I told you and take that to the car.

I told you to DISCONNECT the Switch plug first and only test at the car harness plug.

By disconnecting the Switch you have disconnected the wiper / washer system from the rest of the car and no relay can operate in the car. (unless the car has been rewired wrong)

You were suppose to ground the pink w/light green tracer wire, then just touch the White w/light green tracer wire with a powered jumper wire and the motor should run fast. Then to touch the Black w/light green tracer wire and it should run slow.

If you did disconnect the switch and test in the car harness and you got a clicking from anything you need to go to the wiper motor itself and test the motor because the only other item connected to the system when you disconnect the switch is a wiper delay unit and that has no connection to the wires you are testing (unless the wiring is wrong or the motor has shorts in it)
