Jaguar Repair: Follow up question, propane, cans

I greatly appreciate your last answer about my 85 xj6 A/C, Howard. Although that information is what I need, I also need to know the weight that needs to be put in. Thank you again for the first answer and your time on this second.

Sorry Cody I don't remember how much it takes of R12, I think it was two or three 1 lb cans of R12, but less than 2 cans of that propane stuff. As best I can remember but either way it will be determined by the pressure and temperature when you install it, not by the quantity.
