Jaguar Repair: front door locks, frozen door, automatic door locks, front doors

Question
QUESTION: the key does not turn the driver door lock, so the automatic door locks do not work. The driver's door and the passenger door locks do not work from the inside either. I closed the door and tried to lock the front doors... neither worked.

The back door locks operate manually.

Additionally the passenger door will not open.  The key turns the outside door lock, the handles move, but the door won't open.  Help...........

ANSWER: George, you said the front door locks do not work from the inside. Do you mean they will not unlock from the inside or they will not lock?

QUESTION: The drivers door does not lock from the inside.  Not sure about the passenger door, since it is frozen, but it appears to not lock as well.

Answer
George, you are going to have to remove the door panel and look at the lock and links to the lock to see what is wrong. Most likely the door lock motor/solenoid is locked up (frozen). I can't tell you if you have lock solenoids or lock motors because you have not told me what kind of Jaguar you have.
