Jeep Repair: Temperture control for AC/Heater, passive restraint systems, pivot shaft

Question
1999 Jeep Wrangler 4.0  The temperature selector knob rotates from cold to hot but the air temperature does not warm or change to hot when the heater is selected.  I have verified that the AC compressor is disengaged when moving from AC to heater. I cannot seem to regulate the temperature, everything else selected works. Thank you.

Answer
remove this motor and see if it moves when u change the knob
