Jeep Repair: O/D indicater light, airbag deployment, supplemental restraint system

Question
I have a '05 Jeep Wrangler, and the indicator light that tells me when O/d is off (or on) has burned out. I was wondering if its a easy bulb to replace, or do I have to take it to a dealer?
I can also relate to a earlier post about the drivers seat not going forward,it has been happening to my drivers seat as well. So now the long legged person just tilts the back of the seat back and that solved the problem once i was able to us "muscle power" to get it back where i like it .

Answer
REMOVAL
WARNING: TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, DISABLE THE SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, AIRBAG, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. DISCONNECT AND ISOLATE THE BATTERY NEGATIVE (GROUND) CABLE, THEN WAIT TWO MINUTES FOR THE SYSTEM CAPACITOR TO DISCHARGE BEFORE PERFORMING FURTHER DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. THIS IS THE ONLY SURE WAY TO DISABLE THE SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT.

Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the cluster bezel from the instrument panel. (Refer to 23 - BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/CLUSTER BEZEL - REMOVAL).
Remove the four screws that secure the instrument cluster to the instrument panel structural support (Instrument Cluster Remove/Install).
Pull the instrument cluster rearward far enough to access and disconnect the two instrument panel wire harness connectors for the instrument cluster from the connector receptacles on the back of the cluster housing.
Remove the instrument cluster from the instrument panel.
