QUESTION: I didn't even use 1/2 can of the stuff. How many cans is 1.5 lbs?

Answer
that's your prob right there  1 can is 1 lb  put the whole can in ignore the pressure readings for now. Turn jeep off  attach new can and start the jeep up turn on ac  it will then suck the rest in there and U will be good to go  U need 1.69 lbs of freon in the system  but the rest of the .3 wont do any damage if it all goes in.
