Jeep Repair: 03 Grand Cherokee Front Bumper Cover, jeep grand cherokee, pin fasteners

The front bumper cover of my 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee is cracked.  Is it difficult to install or should I have and auto repair facility install it.  Also, i have noticed a big difference in prices ranging from $100 to $500.  Is there differences?  My bumper cover is textured dark gray without fog lamps.  Thanks

REMOVAL
Raise and support vehicle.
Turn front wheels to access rivets and remove plastic rivets attaching fascia to wheel liner.
Remove bolts attaching fascia to fender (Front Fascia).
Remove plastic push pin fasteners attaching front fascia to lower radiator crossmember splash shield (Front Fascia).
Disengage fog lamp connectors, if equipped.
Remove screws attaching fascia/grille to upper radiator crossmember (Front Fascia).
Slide fascia forward to separate from vehicle.
