Jeep Repair: 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade Blend Motor and Door, jeep liberty renegade, coolant level

I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade.  About a year ago I had an electrical malfunction and the SKIS light came on.  My vehicle would just turn off literally while I was driving.  I took the car into the dealership and the computer had to be completely reprogrammed.  When I got my car back, the windshield wipers only work on high now and my heater only works if I turn the dial to the A/C position and the A/C only works if I turn the dial to the heat position.  I took my car back to the dealership they told me that the motor was out on the Wipers and the blend motor and possible the door needed to be replaced.  Do you think that this could have all been caused by the reprogramming of the computer?  My car only has 60,000 miles on it and I have to admit it seems a little early to be having problems like this.  Is it difficult to replace the blend motor yourself?  Please help

U have waited a year to get this addressed? I have never heard of a software update that would take care of a skim issue cutting off while driving. and no a computer update would have nothing to do with your heat issue nor the wiper issue.
Check your coolant level first
