1994 31' Sea Breeze. It has rot around both air conditioning units. Can the roof be cut back and repaired and new rubber roof put on?

Yes it can be cut back, however, on a scale of 1-10 this job would be about a 6 so If you have done similar work it wont be too bad. Take care when cutting out the rotten areas on RV's because the wiring is sometimes right against the materials. There are many roof coatings out there that are very good, I just put a list together for another question that might help your research on materials.
