Jeep Repair: 99 jeep grand cherokee electrical problems, jeep grand cherokee, water leaks

I purchased a 99 GCL about a year ago... I have continued to have electrical problems since then... at first I would overheat when idle for a couple of minutes. I had that checked out, and it was good for a while, then it started to do it again... also I've replaced my keyfob twice and it just stops working... as well as the power locks and windows on my driver side door... they only work when the door is closed... my interior lights will flicker occasionally when I have my headlights on and my airbag light will chime and blink very often... I was told that there was a problem with the windshield on this vehicle and that water leaks underneath it onto some electrical or fuse box on the driver side... I would love to have this fixed because I really love the car... Please help!

when u over heat  do the fans come one?   the inside lights  go to the driver side door and pull back the rubber boot  see if u have a  broken or almost broken wire in there. as for the windshield  I have never heard of such a thing  and the keyfobs  possible the remotes them self or the pass side door module.
