Jeep Repair: 96 Jeep Cherokee Brake Problem, jeep cherokee, correct assumption

Question
QUESTION: I recently had all 4 of the rotors changed on my jeep and suddenly have a loss in the brakes. When you push down on the pedal there isnt any pressure until you pump them a few times, but as soon as you leave off, then back to nothing again. The lines were all bled several times including a gravity bleed incase of any air but still no change. What may be the problem, any futher suggestions?

ANSWER: who did the work??  u or U paid some one   if U paid some one  take it back to them and see what they messed up.

QUESTION: My best friend did the work and all he did was put 4 new rotors on. He also just put a new master cylinder on as well thinking maybe the seals blew out and still nothing. The same thing happened when my calipers were put on a couple months ago by my x boyfriend but he will NOT tell me what he did to fix the problem. As I said, all the lines were bled including the master cylinder now as well, and my friend checked the booster pressure and it is fine too. I just wondered if you would have any other suggestions to try PLEASE. I have called two of my friends who are mechanics and even my best friend asked one that he knows as well, and NOONE seems to know what the problem may be. Thanks for any advice you can give.
