QUESTION: 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.

Thank you for your help with this,
Rob

ANSWER: yes there is a relay   but I doubt that will be the issue   the relay is inside  on the junction block. The low beams are controlled by the bcm.
U could be looking at a BCM or multi function switch.

QUESTION: Where is the J Box? same as fuse block?  What is a BCM?  How do you test for the answer instead of guessing?

I look forward to your reply,
Rob

Answer
the junction block is on the driver aide under a black small panel u will haft to remove.Best way for u with out being able to look at the BCM body computer would be to check the voltage out of the back of the multi function switch to see if its working correctly  and as for as U testing the bcm  u cant. U would need the Chrysler scanner to u can see the inputs and make the out puts for via telling the computer to turn them on.Here is the brake down of the multifunction switch   U want to have some volts on the high and low beam wires.
