Jeep Repair: 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee problem, jeep grand cherokee, blower motor resistor

I have several issues that have cropped up with my car.  First, looks like the blower motor module is fried.  Think I need a new module and harness.  How hard is that to replace, and where is a good place to purchase from for a decent price?  Second, the passenger side only blows out cold air, no matter what.  What could be the fix for this?  Also, the passenger side seat heater quit working.  Is this related to the heat not working on the passenger side?

the first part is a blower motor resistor and wire  where it has burnt up
the second is blend air doors  broken  take out dash to repair
and the last would more then likely be a heated seat element burnt out.
Let me know if u live near me  I can repair all of this for less then a dealer.
