Jeep Repair: jeep pwr.steering,a/c,ball joints, jeep grand cherokee laredo, jeep grand cherokee

Question
hello kevin, Iam located in Arizona, and own a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo ,6cyl 4.0 liter 4x4 with the last 9 digits of the vin # being 32C233277 and appox. milage of 160,000
1st.Problem A/C
the a/c works fine except when at an idel then it blows warm and if i give it gas or start driving it returns to normal. I don't see any leaks and can't get it to accept any more freon, engine compartment is very very clean.
2nd. Problem Steering
this seems to be a problem that does not occur all the time.the problem being, that at slow speed, like when turning into a parking space the steering gets stiff, feels like an unpowered steering vehicle.
3rd. Problem Ball joints
The vehicle is pulling to the right more then normal, so apon inspection ,I found the tie rods to be worn and replaced them all, then took it to be aligned at Sears, the fellow there said the caster was off (in the negitive) and that it could not be aligned until the ball joints were replaced.my question is could you please give me some kind of short or detailed step by step instructions for replacicing the upper and lower ball joints, I've looked at them and Iam sure I've got a pretty good ideal on how but hearing it from another would make me feel better.

thank,you

steve

Answer
make sure the correct amount of freon is in there by taking it to a shop   to much will cause issues as well.  sounds like the pump is sticking in the full pressure valve.
