QUESTION: 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport, A/C and heat don't work on level 3 or 4. Occasionally 2 won't work and 3 will. And sometimes it doesn't work on any, but in about 10 minutes it comes back on.

Thanks for your help. I was reading my question and I wanted to make sure I gave you the correct details.

When I switch to level 3 and 4 it doesn't blow or anything, it is as if I turned the unit off. Do you still think it is the ac control head. And if so how can I test? Is the ac control head location difficult to get to?

the ac control head wold be the switches u are turning to change the blower speed and the vents. U can test it by removing the control head and and ground the 4 different circuits for te blower motor  and it will have different speeds when u ground them.
