Jeep Repair: Leaking Transmission, state cars, torque wrench

Question
QUESTION: I have a 95 Laredo V8 5.2 with 200k miles on it.  Recently my transmission started to leak.  I had all 3 major seals replaced and the transmission rebuilt about 18 months ago and I just recently had it flushed.  When I noticed the leak I crawled underneath w my torque wrench and verified that all the bolts were tightened to spec.  In my state cars are submitted to a safety ispection each year and mine failed due to ther issues and I haven't driven it in 2 weeks.  Could the vehicle just sitting there be causing the leak due to the seals drying out?  If so, would simply driving it regulary help prevent the leaks from re-occurring?

ANSWER: where is it leaking from?
