Jeep Repair: Jeep Vent - no air blowing - only out of defrost, jeep grand cherokee laredo, jeep grand cherokee

We have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.  For the last 2 weeks our AC will only blow out of the defrost area, not out of of the vents - I have been to 2 different service stations and no one knows what could cause it without totally taking the dash apart.  Any tips?

We are also wondering if it is a fuse as our cruise control will not set up - I can turn on the CC, but cannot set the speed.  Don't know if the two may be happening cause of the same fuse or not, but my husband wanted me to ask!  Thanks for your expert advice!

u have a vac leak  it will be on the driver side right where the brake lines are at  u will see a vac hose that has popped off of the intake  u may need to cut a bit off so that it will stay on and not pop of again. I live in Atlanta  if u need anything else.
