Jeep Repair: Electrical, jeep cherokee, fuse panel

Question
I am having some pretty random electrical issues:

93 Jeep Cherokee, 4.0L straight-6, 150,000

Systemic Electrical Failure of secondary systems.  Engine starts, runs, stops
fine.
Blinkers turn on, but don't blink.  Front washer fluid sprays, but wipers don't
wipe.  Heater produces heat, but dosen't blow.  left brake light does not work.
All fuses and relays are fine
Problems started a week ago and I noticed them over the course of a day (so I
assume they developed at the same time).

Is this just a grounding issue?  Or is it possible all these things broke at the
same time?

Answer
I would look for a burned power wire somewhere first, or a fuseable link that is blown.  The wipers and the blower motor sound related.  I know there is a circuit breaker on the wipers.  The circuit breaker looks like a big metal fuse.  You may have another in the fuse panel to swap with it to check its integrity.  Try to find a manual for your vehicle with wiring diagrams start at the front of the circuit and work your way back until you find a problem.  Hope I could help you!
