Jeep Repair: radiator, jeep cherokee sport, radiator cap

Question
I have a 1999 jeep cherokee sport-4.0 6 cylinder automatic-it keeps overheating-i keep putting anti-freeze into it but only lasts a few days-i removed the thermostat over the summer-steam comes out of the front whenever i stop or turn the car off-im considering replacing the radiator-does that sound right?  Also, do you have any diagrams on replacing the radiator because i want to do it myself.  Thank you

Answer
I don't have any diagrams I can give you because of copyright laws, you should check out Haynes, Chiltons or subscribing to an online tech support provider who you can get these diagrams from as long as you're paying for the subscription.

The over-heating issue really can be a number of things from a bad radiator cap, a worn out water pump or the clogged radiator.  I wouldn't start with a radiator first if there's guessing involved.  Always start cheap.
