Land Rover Repair: 1997 range rover 4.6 hse

I bought it and was driving home and it just quit. It turns over just fine and wants to start but wont. I dont have a key fob for it,I was told the security could be the problem ?

Anything I could say would be just a guess.  You could have a security problem, an ignition problem, or a fuel problem.  It could have a broken gas gauge and be out of gas.  Your best move is to find a qualified service facility and find out what's really wrong
