Land Rover Repair: 2000 discovery 2 will not get fire or fuel after engine swap, assembly errors, discovery 2

Truck engine was changed to 1999 model due to cracked head on 2000 model. Both engines ran before swap but after I am getting no fuel or fire And it seems everything is connected. The 1999 wiring harness to the fuel injection is still on the engine not sure if this matters. Any Ideas? Is there a transponder problem possible?

I am not aware of wire harness differences from 1999 to 2000 but I have gone through this enough times that I have learned the hard way to swap the wire harness first.  You have no way to know.  I would also swap all the sensors.  If it still does not run I'd look really carefully for assembly errors.

If you are still stuck, you need a shop with real Land Rover test gear that allows you to see the signals from all the sensors to figure out what's not right
