Ok my problen is thath now when i start my disco 2 2001 4.0 v8 the SRS,ABS, and TC lights don´t turn on as they should but de SERVICE ENGINE SOON turns on and i live 2 hours away from the nearest dealer so i don´t have enough time i haven´t asked to get tasted but i hope you can answer this and told me if is a big issue an an other is that from the exuesth is trowing black water i notice that the water is normal but not if the black water is thath is something wrong. If the Service Engine Soon light is activated it could mean either an engine component has triggered a fault OR there is a problem with the emissions. Since you mention that you have exhaust problems (black water)...
Its normal for some vehicle to have drops of water mix with the carbon lined exhaust systems, if it goes away when driving, its normal. Water vapour condenses on the pipe and should disappear as you drive. IF you have a more serious problem, it could mean a cracked manifold or headgasket and coolant is leaking. You would have to perform a cylinder pressure test to see if there is any damage, same with cooling system.

it could be one of two possibilities, the dash bulbs are removed* OR there is a problem within the ECU that performs tests on those components. Since you have a SES light, it could be linked but you'll have to have the vehicle tested out on a TESTBOOK system - found at dealers or independent LR mechanics. A OBDII reader may tell you some codes but the TESTBOOK is the best means of determining the faults.
*This happened to me. ABS warning light bulb was missing. Dealer swears that they did not do it but someone had to have done it. It sure as hell was not me!
