Land Rover Repair: ignition, fuse box, light flasher

QUESTION: I have discoveryI 1992. When ignition switch in position II ,i hear several rapid clicks (tic tic tictictic ...),after reaching starting position there is two clicks ( tic tic ) and indication lights at  panel become dim as low battery,(( but not battery is OK))...may you help me

QUESTION: Battery is OK , I test it .
But I observed that, when switch in position II, and if i try to put on the light,flasher,warning light...etc, same septum are coming!!!!!!!!

It sure sounds like a power problem.  If it's not the battery I'd look at the cables, fuse box wiring etc.  Measure the voltage at the fusebox and that should tell the story.  I'll bet it's very low.  If so, and the battery is really good, you just have to follow the heavy wiring back to find your trouble
