Land Rover Repair: brakes, land rover specialist, discovery td5

Question
hello ive got a discovery td5 its a year 2000, i was coming home from work yeasterday when the abs, traction control and hill start lights all came on and have remained on, ive had a look at my brake pads and they seem ok, have you any advice please ??

Answer
Those lights have nothing to do with the condition of your brake pads.  Rather, they signal a problem in the antilock brake or traction control electronics.  You will need to find a Land Rover specialist who has a T4, Autologic, or IDS system to read the stored codes from that system.  Once the codes are known, he can advise you on a course of repair.
