Land Rover Repair: Instrument light Range Rover 2003, instrument light, factory workshop

Hi.
I have a Range Rover 2003 mod TD6.
Instrument light in tacho is out.
How can i reach the bulbs? open dashboards?
There are some screws on top of dach, but I do not know if it is enough only take these away?

Step one is to get the factory workshop manual and read the procedure carefully.  You can buy a day's access at www.landrovertechinfo.com  Before you begin, shut off the key, wait 5 minutes, then disconnect the battery and do not reconnect it till the car is all back together.

You can change some of the lights in the cluster but others are soldered in and fixed.
