Land Rover Repair: Climate Control, discovery 2, ventilation system

Question
I have a Discovery 2 HSE. The fan for the climate control as well as the rear ventilation system just stopped working. I have checked the fuse and it is fine. The control panel responds when button are pressed but I cannot gauge if every thing functions without airflow. The A/c compressor engages when switched on.

My first guess on this would be that the fusebox has a failure in one of the junctions.  The next likely possibility is the climate control panel itself.  Did you know you can buy a day's access and download all the factory diagrams and troubleshooting info from their support site, www.landrovertechinfo.com?
