i've been reading all these people talking about overheating in traffic, i've had mine for about a month. replaced waterpump,fan clutch, it done the same thing today it was about 75 degrees today. with said this is a offroad truck where the cooling should the best at low rpm. why can't you put two 12inch eletric fans. the raditor measures 14 tall 27 wide perfect for two fans

It's not going to overheat in traffic unless something is wrong.  On a 1995 the most likely guess is that the radiator is clogged.  That said, you can fit electric fans and I believe Kenlowe sells kits to do just that.
