Land Rover Repair: Discovery2 TD5 ACE, land rover service, ace system

Question
Got Discovery2 td5  5 seater  , 2000.     Bought it in Berlin a month ago and
got it delivered to Georgia where I leave.   Two weeks ago ACE warning light
come on,  orange color.  Checked ACE fluid level, system for leaks , all OK.
The ACE system itself seems to be working fine. The warning light disappears
sometimes,  comes back and stays on itself.
Yesterday the car started behaving very strange.  Driving ok, it starts to
shake like you had no rear shoke absorbers, hall car shakes , even front side.
Stops doing it itself after couple minutes or miles and goes back to the
normal driving mode. When it does go wrong it fils like you have no springs
and shok absorbers on the car. My car has suspension for the rear.  ACE light
keeps going on and off , never goes to RED.
Took off both shok absorbers today, they are fine, AIR suspension bags have
no visible leaks,  ( the level stays unchanged when it happens)
I am straggling to find whats wrong with the car. There is no any proper Land
rover service center in Georgia.
Thanks for your help

Answer
There is not much you can do without a T4 Autologic or IDS test system.  If you can't find a properly equipped shop, and you don't want to invest in the tooling, I'd suggest driving it as it or getting a different vehicle, for which you can find service support.

The trouble with ACE is that you can't resstart the system without the tester, so you can't really ever know if a lucky guess fixed the car.  Teh same is true of other systems, like SRS and ABS.
