Land Rover Repair: engine misfire, engine misfire, service engine soon light

I HAVE RECENTLY REPLACED MY ENGINE IN MY 1999 DISCO SERIES II I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT IS ALWAYS ON. I'VE USED A CT-4 DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. AT FIRST IT WAS THE O-2 SENSORS BOTH BACK. I REPLACED THEM. NOW ITS CYLINDER 6-1 AND FOUR MISFIRING I DON'T WANT TO RUIN THIS ENGINE. IBM GOING TO CHECK THE FUEL INJECTORS NEXT TO SEE IF THERE CLOGGED, BUT SOME HOW I DON'T THINK THAT IT. CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME ANOTHER SOLUTION

The only way I could give another solution would be to go through the tests and find out what's wrong.  There's no way to do that online.  If you are near Massachusetts you are welcome to bring it in, but otherwise it's a matter of testing till you find the problems.
