Land Rover Repair: land rover discovery brakes, land rover discovery, abs light

hi,i have a 2001 land rover discovery SD,i don't know if its the tires,happens(new)and at(7/32 Goodyear hp 255/55/18) or abs,but on light snow take off or stopping i can hear a spring type sound coming from the front brakes and when i stop,the brake pedal throbbed too,and the abs light comes on,after i guess it gets grip light goes off,do you know problem.

I am having a little difficulty deciphering your message, but it sounds like you are describing the usual response when the ABS system is activated. i.e. a pulsating sensation in the pedal, illumination of the ABS light and a loud spring-like sound.  This means the system is working as it should.
