Land Rover Repair: rear seats 2002 land rover, horizontal section, google

Question
We cannot get the rear seats (2nd row) to go down. Is there a trick we are missing. we purchased used without owners manual.

On a Discovery II there is a lever in the top of the seat-back to release the back, the seat folds then rolls forward.

On a Range Rover there is a button on the horizontal section below the window behind the seat that releases the back.  Fold and roll again.

You can dowload the workshop manual free, it includes the owners manual, google "land rover rave CD" and you should find several free downloads.
