Land Rover Repair: thermostat in 2000 range rover 4.0 HSE, coolant line, coolant

How easy isi it to change the thermostat on a 2000 range rover 4.0 HSE. I ordered one from a range rover parts company and they said it was easy. How do I start?  THank you

Drain the coolant out the bottom of the radiator,
remove the old thermostat from the lower coolant line,
Install the new thermostat,
re-fill with coolant and let the engine idle for a while with the coolant cap off to get all the air out, keep the reservoir full (to the line) while idling.  check the coolant daily for a week to ensure all the air is out and there are no leaks.
