Land Rover Repair: disco stereo, standalone system, wire harness

I am putting a pioneer deck in my 03 discovery and want to keep the rear audio controls. Is this possible? If so, which set of wires is it? (I have the fasctory stereo pulled out. there are five sets of wires. the two larger sets plug into the aftermarket wire harness. i would assume the rear controls are one or two of the other sets?)

I don't see how you would keep the rear audio controls if you change the head unit.  The controls are an add-in to the stock head; not a standalone system.

You can go to www.landrovertechinfo.com to download wiring diagrams (fee based) but I don't think it's going to be possible to do what you ask.
