Land Rover Repair: defender 90, 2002 model, windscreen wiper, wiper motor

hi, my windscreen wiper pump is broken, i need to replace it with a new 1, how do i get the pump out, do i go through the dash or under the bonnet help pleeeeaaasssee

do you mean the wiper motor, so the wipers don't move, or the washer pump, so the spray doesn't work?

The wiper motor is accessed through the dash, the pump is in the washer tank (I believe).
