Land Rover Repair: range rover 4.0 1995 1996 connector?, pin wire, model range

i have a 4.0 litre petrol model range rover i have done a top end rebuild and have a 4 pin wire connection left over it is the same connection as the automatic choke but has a about another foot in length ,i cannot see any where it goes ,the end is very clean so it must have been plugged in somewhere,thanks john.

Hi John,

Do you have a RAVE CD?  IF so, you could match it up within all the connectors listed in the ETM of the same name.  

IF NOT.  Take a digital photo and send a copy to me.  Make sure to get a close up of the end piece so I can match it up exactly.  If I have the actual shape I can match it against others.
